検索していたら, 意外にも「新幹線のあの放送何言ってるの!?」的なYahoo!知恵袋質問が多いので, 東海道・山陽新幹線について書いてみました。知恵袋回答では正しいものもありますが, 誤っているもの (僕にはどうもそのように聞こえないもの) も出回っているケースがあるようで。僕が聞いた通りの文章をここにまとめて書いてみました。

新大阪駅に到着するとき, 西から近付く場合と東から近付く場合で放送が異なります。JR東海とJR西日本の方針の違いが明らかで, あらまぁという感じ。正式名称の「東海道線」と言うか, 愛称の「JR神戸線・JR京都線」と言うかの違いですが, 旅行者の気持ちを考えていただきたい・・・

2014年に関西圏・広島圏のJR線には路線記号が制定されました。路線記号はこれから案内に活用されるのでしょうか? 最近山陽新幹線に乗る機会がめっきり減ってしまいましたので, すでに状況が変わっているかもしれませんが・・・

東海道・山陽新幹線のうちで, 乗換放送が何か違うのは小倉だけ。すべての線を案内しないでいて, かつ鹿児島線のローカル駅について言及するのはなぜだろう。謎だが公にはされない理由が何かあるのだろう。
東海道・山陽新幹線の中でも乗車券の運賃が在来線と新幹線で異なるのはこの区間だけだしなぁ。。たしか新下関-博多間だったか??
すべてを律儀に案内しないで, 主要なものだけ放送するという意味では旅人friendly (配慮できている証) なのかもしれない。小倉から出ている福北ゆたか線 (筑豊本線) とか日田彦山線については全く言及されていないし。。。北九州モノレールは案内するようになったのだろうか?
500系特有の放送
This train has no exits at the front of car number 1 (8), nor at the rear of car number 8 (1).
1号車の前よりと, 8号車の後ろよりには降り口はありません。
やっぱり500系が新幹線の顔であってほしい！
