日本語と英語の両方を聞き取り、書き下しました。日本語は一発で聴けるのに 英語は何回も何回も再生してしまった・・・・
スラングを知ってないと 言葉がわからない！！

わからなかったところは最後から3行目
*girl free* なのか *girlfy* なのか・・ girlfy = girlfriendです。。
「彼女がおらん」
「そのうち彼女ができる」
などと言い換えると文意が通りますが・・・
「彼女がおらん」なら you don't have a girlfriend になるはず。
しかし not が入っていない。
「そのうち彼女ができる」ならyou'll have a girlfriend となるはず。
しかし'll が聞こえない。
「空いている女性(= 奥寺先輩)がいるよね」的な感じだと you have a girl free で一番文意が通る気がした・・ 苦し紛れである。
グーフィーとも聞こえてきた。。。

と Miss が使われています。
